i have a problem since i get gtx 660 2gb?

i have corei5 dell and 5 gb ram and motherboard is vostro 430.sincei ge gtx 660 2gb it get a little problem.if i do not use mouse for a little time the game screen start jerking.when i move mouse a little it start working again smoothly.i have to play with controller but this problem i annoying me.plz tell me solution.some time games cut scenes also start jerking but when mouse or key board button pressed it start workin smooth,plz help me thanx

Gee this stuff is old. In fact my guess is that it's well worn too. 5 GB RAM - strange. I doubt you would get any support but you should try asking questions on the Dell Community website (http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/). I'd turn power off and check all connections. Especially the graphics comm cable and mouse and keyboard connectors. You could also check while the PC is running - not operating the keyboard or mouse; just wriggling the cables.
I'd also see if all drivers were up to date. Something this old is where I'd also try to check the PSU rail voltages. Sorry - no easy answer to this.

PSU seems suspect. What you're getting is known as stuttering.

The Vostro 430 comes with a 350W power supply. Seems you've upgraded it. What power supply is it?
The PSU sticker lists all info for the power supply. It looks like this(you'll find it on the side of the box):

bro the problem is i have no sticker on powersupply.its clean but it is 600 watt with 6 pin connector

yup i know but it have no sticker.i had 350 watt but i upgrade it to 600 watt and it is now 600 but from where i bought it it have no sticker on side of it this is what the thing.before it i had gt 520 card and never had this problem on same powersupply but when i had gtx660 then i noticed this problem and one more thing i start using my ps3 controller with my pc .does this also create more problem but i use it just for two days and stuttering is before

but it works f9 when i play with keyboard and mouse.onw more thing when ileft my pc on and do no nothing on it it slowly starts getting speed.cards fans start working in very speed and when i use it fans cool down to normal speed?
