You would get more frames per second roughly 100-300fps depending on what you are doing. Basically you will get a solid 60FPS until your cpu is been pushed. Minecraft is mostly cpu intensive so technically no difference but you would get at least 60FPS average

I just estimating that but you should in theory get at least 60FPS. Yes the i5 will be superior to an extent. There are some slight difference but might be not noticeable.

I cannot guarantee you will get constant 60 FPS with an A10 7850k with a r9 270x with max shaders because i don't own them. But i guess you should be able to but it will dip below 60FPS when there is no processing need to be done. This is based on 1080p resoultion.
