i have a core 2 duo e8400,3.0Ghz, E0 stepping; the processor idles at 39-40c and goes maximum 62c under full load with stock aluminium cored heatsink. I have one exhaust fan installed at the back of the cabinet.So, do i need to replace the aluminium heatsink with a copper cored one or add more exhaust fan?? please suggest me a solution......

$15 CPU cooler and that'll keep the temps down, no point upgrading fans or copper heatsink when a cheap CPU cooler will do a much better job.
