Honestly yeah maybe FC, doubting FC2, and forget the rest because the Core is over 6 years old (2008) and the original Dual core is older then that (2006 or almost 10 years old). It was originally made as a low end CPU to begin with add to that your very low end 5450 and well forget it (here some nice single digit FPS scores to chew on http://www.techspot.com/review/244-ati-radeon-hd-5450/page6.html) .

Your best bet would be to surf websites and such with this, but if you want to game you need something much more..... up to date to play the rest of those titles, especially AC4, that requires beef.

You can get a Gamer's rig for around $700 if you have a little skill. There is some awesome deals like a i5 Haswell (4xxx) based PC with...

There is some awesome deals like a i5 Haswell (4xxx) based PC with 8GB RAM, 1TB Drive, DVD, W8 all for only $349, swap the PSU (600W for $99 on PCpartspick.com) and pick the GPU of choice ($149-499) and your not going to worry about IF AC4 will play because AC3 did before, and so on. A little more ($549) you can score a Lenovo or Acer from Staples i7 Haswell system (!!!!) and again swap PSU and GPU and now you got a great rig on the cheap that can easily handle above 60FPS 1080P 64Man maps on BF4.

They don't sell video card that low or and certainly WON'T play any of those games. Sorry if your that 'low budget' then save up your dollars and go console. Seen PS3/Xbox360s for $149 or less out there, would be your best bet. Otherwise you might as well just posted on here "Can someone give me a free video card I am broke".
