Solution
I have the 1 TB Seagate ST1000DM003 HDD in my system. Before I got my SSD this was my primary drive and I was very pleased with its performance as a boot drive. Since getting the SSD, it is now my storage drive. It is quiet, reliable, and VERY fast! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840#
Seagate data sheet. Note the Max Sustained Data Rate: 210 MB/s - http://www.seagate.com/files/staticfiles/docs/pdf/datasheet/disc/desktop-hdd-data-sheet-ds1770-1-1212us.pdf

Highly recommended!

Hi Keyan , it depends on what you are using the HDD for? , if it is just to use on its own as a storage drive it doesn't really matter unless you require a fast HDD , if it is for your operating system a fast HDD would be better , seagate and western digital make some of the best HDD's
