Hi,

Before i got these cards i had 2 gtx 580's in sli which were easy to overclock under water with increased voltage.

Enter my new cards which are also watercooled and i am left genuinely confused. i understand how to do a basic overclock but with them under water with full blocks i obviously want to go the extra mile with voltage increases.

ive found stuff about specific versions of MSI AB and config files, then dedicated programs that are concerned with the ncp4206 chip (which is on both of my cards) then stuff about flashing of Vbios' (which ive done before with my 580s)

Can someone just outline what i actually need to do to get the voltage unlocked (preferably on boot automatically) and for stuff like power limits to not have an effect or restriction?

Thanks in advance!!

try this.

But if you want a nice overclocking experience, go ATI ;)

I did see that thread when i was researching it all. Its just going straight over my head though, it has links to other threads that have links and pre-requisites that i don't meet so i'm left with no idea of what to do and what not to.
my 580's were so simple...
