Desktop goes off with warning

My desktop goes off without warning and takes long to come back on and same thing happens again.

Ma spec.

Intel core i5 540
Gigabyte h57m-usb3
Kingston pc3-12800 (4096mb) x2 - 8gb
EVGA 660ti
Xlience xp580 580w

Please help

You will need to give us more info. What temperatures are you reaching? Have you run a memtest yet? What are you doing the moment it shuts off?

GPU: 44c
temp1: 38c
temp2: 25c
temp3: 2c
HD1: 33c
HD0: 40c
core0: 27c
core1: 36c

yes I did ram a memtest.

the computer will be idle and it goes off sometimes to when watching a video and also playing game

i doubt mostly it's your power supply. Check it with some other better brand PSU and then post your results.

I changed the PSU 3days ago with this new 1 and still the same problem.

How many passes did you let the memtest run? Did it not shut off during the memtest?

I've never heard of your PSU. I wouldn't rank it as a good one. Can you measure rail voltages?

what was the psu you changed to? Check the sticker on it and see if +12V rail has more than 23A current or less?

If it didn't shut off during memtest sounds like a OS / driver problem to me

The power supply is a very very poor unit made by Huizhou Xin Hui Yuan Tech , I wouldn't be running any components with it.
