First things first this is my current configuration
CPU: AMD FX 6350 4.2 GHz
GPU:Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600
M/B:ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
PSU: OCZ ZS 750W 80Plus Bronze
And I plan on buying the MSI Z87-G45 for the intel upgrade.
I plan on using my pc mainly for gaming(bf4 mostly) and video editing.I'm mainly upgrading my pc because I want to play the upcoming next-gen games in the next years in full hd at 60fps on hign if possible.
And i want to know which one of the two cpu's (I5 4670K or I7 4770K)should I choose?

Solution
It matters what you want to do and budget, you said gaming and video editing

Recommended Cpu:
Low budget: AMD FX-8320(Great for rendering and gaming)
High budget:AMD FX-8350(One of the best great for rendering and gaming too)

Other Cpus:
AMD FX-6300

I would go with a AMD FX-8320 their very good for gaming and rendering(even if your not rendering or editing) plus their reliable.
And if you get that here are motherboards I recommend:

The i5 is good for just gaming, but the fact that you said video editing favours the i7. But! If you arnt overclocking, you dont need the k version! So you could get this(!):http://ark.intel.com/m/products/75054/intel-xeon-processor-e3-1230-v3-8m-cache-3_30-ghz

If it's maily for gaming and rarely for video editing then 4670k will just do fine for you. But you if you will do video editing and also gaming pretty often then 4770k is a better choice. Depending on how much video editing you do, you should choose the cpu.
I really don't think you need to go with intel with this upgrade. If you get fx 8350 then you will get equall performance in gaming to 4670k and better performance in video editing than 4670k.
If you go for intel upgrade then you will also have to sell your motherboard or use it in another pc, But if you go for fx 8350 you won't be needing to upgrade motherboard as your current mobo is fine and you will save a lot of money. You can use that for a future gpu upgrade.
Unless you have decided to go with intel, fx 8350 would be just fine.
FX 8350, 4670K, 4770K can easily handle ultra settings, it's your gpu where you need an upgrade if you wan't to max out games, otherwise hd 7950 is fine for high settings.

My old Phenom II boots in 20-25 seconds on an aging HDD. If your PC takes a minute, something's wrong and a new CPU isn't going to help.

As for games, the FX-6350 shouldn't really be holding you back from 60 fps in most/all games, why upgrade?

You just saved me from spending 300 euros on a new cpu :p

When paired with a strong video card, an FX-6300 (a weaker version of your CPU) hits 129 fps in Skyrim, 200 fps in Diablo 3, 80 fps in Deus Ex: HR, 106 fps in Dirt 3, 83 fps in Just Cause 2, 63 fps in The Witcher 2, etc. Those aren't really "new" games, I don't think many people are benchmarking the FX-6300 or FX-6350 with new games since the CPU released a year ago, but The Witcher 2 in particular still runs like crap on strong hardware. I can get Metro Last Light and Crysis 3 at higher settings and a higher framerate than The Witcher 2. I haven't tried BF4.

You could replace your CPU, but your current one is still good.
Then again, your video card is good as well.

I'd suggest either an FX-8350 (so that you don't have to replace your motherboard), or an R9 280X. Really though, you shouldn't even need an upgrade as long as you stick to 1080p. Are you getting below 60 fps in something? It's really difficult for me to say whether the CPU or the GPU is the bottleneck.

Your current gpu is fine, but if you wan't more performance at ultra settings, you should either sell it and get r9 290 or crossfire your hd 7950. That would be huge boost (almost double) in fps and it's 3gb v-ram will certainly allow you to play on ultra settings on on 1440p. But consider gpu upgrade only if you have some money left with you. Otherwise single hd 7950 will do the job for you just fine till next couple of years.

I'll throw in my two pence on the video editing side.

There's a difference between editing and encoding. An i5 and 8GB RAM will be fine for HD video editing, but encoding HD video will benefit substantially from an i7 or FX-8xxx processor and 16GB RAM. The extra processor threads do make a difference.

This is what I have in mind right now but I'm worrying about my CPU not beign good enough to be able to handle crossfiring the 7950

Sure, it will be able to handle any single gpu crossfire.
