According to BIOS CPU and System temp are 16 and 18 Celsius respectively for Idle on stock air cooling.(It used to be 40 and 48 when I kept computer inside case. Now I have computer outside on desk)

Under 100% load for long time the temps are 28 and 35 Celsius and I want to overclock mainly CPU as it is the biggest bottleneck even though it is running at 100% literally almost all the time.

I cant change voltage because the new setting is always ignored(see issue here: http://superuser.com/questions/738286/cpu-voltage-setti...)

Im not worried about temperature but about voltage: **Can voltage alone harm anything? Or is it just temp?**

I updated bios to last version for this motherboard and I can only overclock using FSB. The highest stable I got for K8T NEO FSR is 214 from 200

**If I increase GHz by 10% should I increase voltage by 10% too?**

I have a feeling your playing with really old stuff. Is it worth it? I've never heard of either of them. Do you have a manual for the mobo?

It is worth it because it doesn't cost me anything (unless it would burn or something) and Id rather not spend my money too early and its good to learn overclocking with in case something would go bad then the loss inst huge.

but Its currently my only PC so Im still cautious.Ive read through the manual but there isnt anything I didnt know already.

(The motherboard is MSI circa 2004 and CPu is single-core 2ghz even though some reviews say its 1.8)
