Hi.
I have two SSD's in my pc and I just tested them with "As SSD".. And they only run about 125-200 Mb/s and they're supposed to a lot faster. And yes I'm using sata III

Download and run SPECCY, copy and paste the first tab to show your system information.
How 'Full' are the drives. After 50% performance degrades exponentially depending on how full it is.

Did you install all Windows Updates? Including options except BING? Check them and repeat till ALL are installed.

Download and run Slim Drivers, install all the latest updates but you don't need to reboot until you do the last update. Numerous times the I/O drivers from Intel may be 'old' and your not running on updated ones now set for SSDs.

Remove whatever AV your using and go to www.filehippo.com and download AVAST! or AVG and do a full system scan - this repeatedly has resolved alot of people issue relying on MS Essentials.
Download Malwarebytes do a full system scan (AV doesn't pick up alot of malware) - this resolved almost ALL other similiar posts to date as most had Malware the AV didn't pick up.
Repeat the AV/Malware scans till the system comes up clean.

My drives are not full at all
Drive (1) 58/120GB
Drive (2) 81/120GB

All windows updates er installed correctly!

Slim Drivers: Is saying that my "storage controller" is outdated.. Should I just update it?

I'm already running Avast and im currently doing a full system scan!

Yes of course that would be helpful to update a 'Storage controller driver'
Please REREAD what I posted. What you provided for your system is about the 'software' running, not the hardware of what PC it is.
Lastly Avast is Antivirus, it will not pick up malware. Please use Malwarebytes to scan the computer manually (FULL not the default QUICK) to ensure there is nothing malware hosing up the system.

Im sorry i've read what you said but I wasn't sure about where the sofware "tab" is?

Also Malwarebytes says: "threath detected" but I dont like the way it tells me where it has found it because I dont wanna fudge some files up

Hello!
you could scan your Windows with Hijackthis. This is a very nice tool for generating a full system logfile and for idfentifying any maleware on your system.
Just download it here: Link And post a full logfile, which is generated while the tool is running.
After analyzing the log file this tool can be used to delete any maleware.

your Windows is not infected at all! There are no signs of maleware and viruses on this system. What hardware parts do you have? Your mainboard, ram, which ssd model? and so on ...

No, I mean S-ATA 3 - your board is able to slow down the ports to S-ATA 2 speeds for compatibility reasons - this can be set in the BIOS. Just refer to your motherboard manual.

Okay stop. First you provided software when I asked for hardware. Run SPECCY, soon as you do you see the hardware on it, then highlight copy then paste it here will tell us what computer system your running.

Second Malwarebytes found stuff, it is only looking to get rid of malware and doesn't damage "some files". Basically you just said to the Doctor "Yes I see you detected I am sick, but I don't want to take medicine to get better it might make me sick" - does that sound logical???

Lastly all your responses are coming back indicating your not technically knowledgeable to resolve the issue, or best yet identify the issue causing your 'problem'. Your demonstrating alot of expectation on "just type this/ run this/ fixes" quick demands, there won't be. The best solution at this point would be someone IN PERSON assist you with your issue whom can do alot of technical aspects that are beyond you at this point. So take it to a mom and pop IT shop.

Well. First of all you wrote "system information" how would I know if you were talking about sofware or hardware? And also those programs are very sensitive and can find files that are connected to other files which it "can" detect as threats..
And btw this forum is for newbs too. So if people are "not technically knowledgeable" you're going to have a hard time on this forum.
