i will be getting the asrock z87 professional (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z87prof...) and intel 4670k (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54670k)

i have found a cheap graphics card (dont worry, will be upgrading later). http://pcpartpicker.com/part/powercolor-video-card-ax54...

would it be better than the integrated graphics? how hd is it? would it be okay for mid quality gaming? would 4 in crossfire work as well as a $50 gpu? thanks in advance

I guess the onboard graphics will be better than the GPU you linked. Onboard GPU really improved on hasswel, i'm quite impressed by it. And no you don't run low end cards in crossfire and certainly not in quadfire, just save some money and get a good single card like a 280x
