Muddy glove textures in Battlefield 4

Hello members of tom's hardware. I have been experiencing a Battlefield 4 problem since beta which is every time a round started, the textures of my characters glove gone muddy and it will take a few seconds for the textures to sharpen up. I don't have this problem in any game except Battlefield 4. Anyone have a solution for this?

PC Specs:
- Windows 8.1 Pro 64-Bit
- Intel Core i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz
- 8GB RAM
- NVIDIA Geforce GTX 650 (1 GB)

Bf4 is demanding game, you CPU and GPU doesn't render fast enough all the details on BF4. Had same problems with other games when i had weaker PC's
Try updating chipset drivers, VGA drivers, maybe it will fix something.

You can only overclock the GPU, not the CPU. The i3 540 is locked processor.Yet again, i think on the GTX 650 the voltage is locked so overclocking will not give you any major improvements.
