I've recently had a pc built and everything is working really well apart from the 2nd hard-drive I've got installed. Seagate 2TB. Its all plugged in correctly (as far as I can see), and you can see it in the device manager and when setting up the sata ports in the bios. But in 'My Computer' its not appearing and in the start-up priority in the BIOS its not there either so I can't use it, even though the computer recognises its there. I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64bit.

Thanks in advance.

Can you see this drive in the disk management of Windows? Just check it out: Start > right click on My Computer > Manage > On the left side: Diskmanagement or Drivemanagement (don't know now - using German Windows btw^^) Could you format the drive and create a new partition?
If you can't find it there, just hit the "win key" and "R" - type in: cmd > then in the console: diskpart > then: list disk
Is it there? It should look like this:

In this picture you can see if the disk is online and the capacity in GB.
