Hello everyone I am building a new PC and i was wondering if I should get a 4670k stock or buy an 8350 with a noctua-u14s. I live in Israel and the Intel build was more expensive than the AMD build by the amount enough to buy that cpu cooler. So, they cost the same, whats better? A 8350 with a noctua-u14s that can be overclocked well or a stock 4670k? I do not edit/render I play games like Arma 2/3.

Amd mobo = gigabyte 990xa-ud3
intel mobo= gigbyte z87

If electric is expensive where you live go intel the performance between the two is not real different especially when the fx 8350 is oc'd i have mine at 4.5 most of the time and will switch out my cards to my friends 3960x and the difference is almost nothibg in most games. But in the games it is noticable its really noticable like skyrim or ps2 or saints row 4. But i could easily go buy a 4770k i just dont think its worth it for the small increase. I will keep my money till the next gen intels come out.
