Hello, i am total noob at this. Can someone help me to collect parts for this (CPU heat transmiter, GPU heat transmiter, Pupm, radiator, pipes) i have no idea which parts fit together. My budget 250-300$.

If you're going to be doing watercooling, I'd recommend you do some research and learn about things yourself, otherwise you're risking being out of your depth and screwing something major up.
If you're having someone build the system for you, ask for their advice.

There is no problem with screwing i just dont want to miss something when collet water cooling parts.
