E-atx to atx (whitch board do I get)

I've got an 'asus maximus v formula LGA1155' motherboard, but I want an ATX motherboard.
Do you know any motherboard with +-the same possibilities but with ATX form factor.

I want this board but the smaller version

It has to have the same or better CPU,GPU support.
It has to have multi-GPU support (SLI)
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s)
2 x SATA 3Gb/s port(s)
Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n Supports dual band frequency 2.4/5 GHz
Bluetooth V4.0
USB 3.0
(and a board I can keep for some years, and some newer featuers are always welcome)

One that comes to mind and has the Bluetooth / WiFi is the ASUS Z87 - Pro. Unfortunately, you can't use a 2nd or 3rd Gen processor ( 1155 ) on it.
