Hello, currently i have installed 4 GB of RAM (Corsair PC3-10666 4GB CL9 (2x2GB) DDR3), however i want to add 4GB more.

The (1x4GB) model is cheaper then (2x2GB) model so i'm wondering if my computer's performance will decrease if i have installed (2x2GB) & (1x4GB) of RAM rather than (2x2GB) & (2x2GB).

Should i install Corsair PC3-10666 4GB CL9 (2x2GB) DDR3 with G.SKILL PC3-10666 1333MHZ 4GB NQ CL9 (2X2GB) DDR3 - Cheaper

Or should i mix Corsair PC3-10666 4GB CL9 (2x2GB) DDR3) and Corsair PC3-10666 4GB CL9 (1x4GB) DDR3 - Cheaper

Or Corsair PC3-10666 4GB CL9 (2x2GB) and Corsair PC3-10666 4GB CL9 (2x2GB) - more expensive.

pc specs:

ASRock Z68 Pro3 Rev. B3 (Z68 Pro3)
Gigabyte GeForce GTX560-Ti OC 1GB GDDR5 PCI-E
CPU Intel 1155 i5 2500K 3,30GHz 6MB Box

As mentioned, not a good idea to mix DRAM, even of the same exact model - Big change here from above though, Will it work, is nothing but a definite MAYBE! The forums are full of people that have mixed DRAM and can't get the new and old sticks to play, I help people everyday with mixed DRAM issues
