Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz
Motherboard: MS-7519
Graphic Card: Palit GeForce GTX 650
RAM: 4GB (2x2gb)
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
PSU: Corsair CX750M (750w)

So I bought a new GPU (Palit GeForce GTX 650) and a new PSU.(Corsair cx750m) I connected my 24 pin ATX main power cable to the motherboard, SATA cables, my 4+4 pin cable for my CPU, 6 pci express connector for my new GPU and some molex for my fans. My PSU is connected on a 220V ac. All seems to be placed in their perspective slots but all that, My PC won't run. I'm not really sure whats wrong :/ maybe a missing wire? I would appreciate all the information, guides and help that i would gather. Thank you and God Bless.

If you wanna isolate the power supply, try another one! If the only other one you have is lower wattage, try that one without the GPU. If it works, it's possibly a bad PSU. I've read that the CX series is lower quality than, say, the TX series. If you don't have another power supply to test, try the 20+4-pin connector pins with a multimeter. Black is ground, and there should be three different voltages: 3.3v, 5v, and 12v. If any of these don't show up at all, then it's probably a bad PSU. It's modular so I don't see it being a problem of 115v vs 220v AC.

As far as i know, My old PSU works even without a GPU installed. Its a generic type of psu so i decided to change it and for the reason of needing a 6 pin pci for my new GPU.
