I'm building my very first system, I have done all the research I could on building it, I just want your guys' thoughts on this.
My budget is around 600/700 euro (850/1000 dollar, 500/580 pounds) not 100% sure yet.

I am still deciding whether or not I want to overclock my cpu, and I want either a caching SSD using Intel SRT or just an SSD boot drive. Give me your thoughts!
And please, don't tell me I need AMD or something.
I am trying to at least be able to play Watch Dogs, which apparently needs a pretty good CPU

The parts in brackets I might buy later because of low budget ;)
CPU: Intel i5 4670(I might go for the unlocked version in case of OC'ing)
CPU Cooling (in case of OC'ing): Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme3 (Z87 supports Intel SRT)
RAM: 2x4GB Crucial Ballistix
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
[SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 60GB]
Case: Aerocool V3X Advance Evil
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 750 Ti 2gb
PSU: Corsair CX500M

This is around 600 euro, with a 100 euro monitor I found online 700 euro.

Thanks in advance :)

You don't need an i7 for gaming. They are inaccurate. An i5 is capable of gaming. It is just market manipulation.

I am trying to get it to run Watch Dogs, and ubisoft is saying you need at least an i7 3770.. Will the 4440 be good enough?
