I'm gonna get a Fractal Design Define R4 case, and want to replace the stock fans with fans from Noctua as I am a no-noise fanatic.

Do I need PWM-fans for front and rear case fan, or can I just use standard non-PWM fans?

Specifically Noctua NF-A14 FLX vs. Noctua NF-A14 PWM.

I think I'll let the motherboard control the fans as I'm getting an Asus-board with FanXpert2.

Thanks!

Noctua NF-A14 FLX < Are very quiet even at full speed , no need for controller.
