OK so recently I built my sister a PC out some "old" hardware I had after an upgrade ,she likes it and all but would prefer it if the PC that has a lot more oomf than her aging macbook was running OSX 10.7/8/9 (which ever works best) I told her I would try to do it as I've tinkered with Linux a lot and have many Linux machines from old obscure hardware (like a Orchid Righteous machine) I clearly bit off more than I can chew and I don't want to disappoint her I'm wondering has any one tried to make a hackintosh out of this hardware?
AMD A8 3870k
AMD Radeon HD 6670
8GB of generic DDR3 @ 1866mhz
Gigabyte A75 D3H

Or if an AMD hackintosh even exists, if not are there any Linux distros that mimic the look and feel of OSX that have an app store?

More about : hackintosh amd

If you want to try an AMD hackintosh.

Otherwise ZorinOS and ElementaryOS have a Mac feel to them. Elementary more so it is a ubuntu base so should have ubuntu's app store. You may want to run them as a VM to test first.
