gpu wont recognize minecraft as a game

I have a r9 270 and when playing minecraft it clocks itself at 150 and 300(this is the casual mode) It should be clocking itself at 925 by 1400 which it does in other games(performance mode)Any suggestions. i no its not drivers. i no its not the rest of my system and its not optifine. thank you

Yes i get from 15 to 60 fps but it is not playable at all. it lags when i do things as simple as walking

its core clock is fine at 300 but the mem clock is 150 which makes it difficult to load in all the chunks
