Directx 11.2 install problem on win 8.1.

I'm trying to install Directx 11.2. on my Windows 8.1. but I don't know how.

From Microsofts support page : DirectX 11.2 is included in Windows 8.1, Windows RT and Windows Server 2012 R2 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/179113)

But when I run dxdiag it says that I have DirectX 11

Note: I have MSI R9 270X

To expand on this, if you had say DirectX 10.1 it would also display DirectX 10 still. It is simply displaying the Generic DirectX version rather than the exact API installed.
