I want to get an Zalman Z3+ case and a MSI 970-g43. I wish to use all 4 of the fans but there is only 2 headers what do I do? I'm really new to pc builds and this is gonna be my first one, so any help Is appreciated. I'm on a budget so please don't recommend new motherboards and cases.
Please dumb it down for me.

You can always connect the fans to the PSU. Do the fans have 4 pin Molex or small Molex KK connectors for the MB headers? Or both? If not, you can buy adapters. Of course, the fans will always run at full RPM if connected to the PSU.

The rear fan is 4 pin molex whilst the other 3 are 3 pin. Is it hard to connect it to the psu? And is the cable management easy to deal with?

If the rear fan is 4 pin, it is probably PWM. That would mean the MB BIOS will allow speed control (if it is offered). If ypou hate fan noise as much as I do, you may want to move that fan to the front so you can slow it down to a quieter speed. As far as connecting the 3 pin fans, if it is easier to use the MB headers use them. If you want to use the Molex connectors on the PSU directly, you can pick up something like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Cable management is up to your ability and patience. I usually spend more time dressing up cables than the time it takes to complete the build itself.
