I just had this video card the first week was working as expected. So after a few weeks i opened my case to install new ram and then motherboard just shutted down ( Mi monitor didnt detec signal ), No signal and i had to turned off and on. and i move some cables.. well at the end it TUrned on. After that i notest the bronze sticks of my r7 were like burned. The case of the video card where u can see the circuits and everything were brow like it had some short circuit.

I have seen many reviews on youtube and with my processor and Ram, etc it runs very smoothly even with fraps on . like it was before i played my first time crysis 2 maximun edition in ultra and i recorded with fraps there was no problem at all...

Now when i record with fraps its impossible almost and its very very slow like from 30 to 60 fraps without recording. I cant even play assasins creed black flag on medium cuz is slow motions, and with fraps impossible to record when in youtube this card runs on ultra.

Pls help i dont know if take my warranty wich i dont knowthey can return a new card to me because its all dirty i dont know why. or a software problem..

U can see here how is my card.atm pls take a look:

Your card had a shortcicuit or something. It's broken. So no wonder things are not as fast as before. Contact your place of purchase and ask for RMA. Or contact sapphire and ask for RMA. They might not grant you warranty though. You might want to make sure they will grant you new card before you ship anything. because if you don't follow proper RMA procedure, or if you do but when they inspect the card they determine the damage is not covered by warranty, then they will send the card back to you. That will ean you will pay both for the shipping of the product TO them, AND you will pay for the shipping when they send it back. If you send it to Sapphire for example, then perhaps you will need to send it to another country, so it might be a bit expensive. So you would have paid a lot in shipping for nothing.

So take some picture of the card, and contact the place you purchased it and ask for RMA.
