Here what might have caused the problem... I put the laptop to sleep when it was still connected to the tv on hdmi. This morning, I unplugged it from the tv, then turned the laptop back on. I saw the desktop for a sec then it all went black and nothing happened. I did a forced shutdown, and turned it back on. Now It wont boot back in Windows. I see the Windows loading screen, it seems to freeze, then boom BSOD and it restarts back itself... I tried doing a windows repair and the screen just stays there with the Windows 7 background and the cursor, but nothing seems to be loading.
I tried re-installing Windows 7 using a USB. Then the screen stays at "Starting to copy files" or something like that, right after you chose the option to install Windows.

When I tried to go into Safe Mode, I see the list of file it is loading, and it freezes at "amdkmpfd.sys".
Kinda desperate right now... laptop is only like a year and a half old. Help :(

You could try removing the HDD and formatting it on a desktop if the HDD is SATA. Then do a fresh install of Win7.
While the drive is connected to the desktop, you might be able to run chkdsk on it to see if it can repair any sectors that may be corrupted. If you do that first, you may be able to try to boot to Win7 again back in the laptop before you re-format it.
