Hello everybody, today I am asking you to help me find a good gaming laptop. I would like it to be under 800$ and be able to play games like BF4, Titanfall, Dayz, Rust, Planetside 2 and Skyrim at medium to high settings. I would also like to do some programming and 3d modelling on this laptop.

not possible in the least. You'll need $2000-3000 budget for a laptop at high settings.
Lenevo 510p is the only one that fits your budget, should be able to get low settings unless the 510p with sli 755m graphics is under $800 which last i saw was around $1000, that might net you medium

with these machines at 720p and mild settings he can achieve acceptable fps.( as mild settings i meen higher at some and lower at some especially taxing like post processing- ambient oclussion and antialiasing turned off) no one would expect 60fps and stellar performance!
Yes, the screen res is only 720p, but also a dual core, with ddr3 memory and a low cpu clock speed. So maybe, maybe with enough tweaking he might hit medium with mostly low settings at 720p. But op asked for most demanding games to be played at high to max graphics.
And with 3d modeling and rendering, he will be horribly limted by a dual core i5 vs a quad core i7 with hyper threading, and 2gb ddr3 graphics wont offer more than a small kick for a boost.

you'll want the 1600x900, I know it aint a true 1080p screen but its the best you're gonna get, the GPU will handle your games at medium to high settings, as well as a quad core and 8GB - its the best I could find
