Hi,
My parents computer won't turn on,it's some ancient Intel pentium 4 with odd small chassis that i couldn't find on google that they use for work.But considering they have two of them indentical,(second one wasn't used recently)i opened them up and noticed the difference right away.
On broken one red light is blinking,while it lights up on computer B.Does this mean motherboard is the problem?(hope not)
I am wondering what should be my next step
1)Replace PSU or motherboard
2)Just transfer HDD to a working one which should help save the data?
3)Third option ?
could it be a power switch or something else
