Tiny little bit of electricity on my PC case?

Today after coming back from my Dad's home and my mom had changed my PC table since it was all broken (Yes, due to rage gaming)
After putting my PC back together and putting it on, while I was checking the cables plugged in from the back on my NZXT Crafted Series Phantom case I felt a tiny electric shock (I don't know for sure if it was electricity) against the lower left side of my right cheek (My cheek was against the top left corner of my case on the side with 1 200mm fan and 2 120mm fans)
When I kept on pressing my cheeck against it sometimes I would feel the shock and other times I wouldn't and it isn't even a quick shock, I would feel the small pain for as long as I kept my cheeck pressed against it.
I don't know for sure, but I after a short time of keeping my cheek pressed against that location I THINK I smelled my PC burn, I THINK! though. It could just be my brain thinking that since I have had alot of experience with PC building and burned through components so when it comes to that my brain also likes to overreact.

I am king of overstressed right now.
So any help is very much so appreciated

Knight of Baawa how do I fix that?

EDIT: I have completely turned off and unplugged my computer.
After doing so I still felt the possibly electric shock on my cheek
So possibly it isn't electricity after all and just my cheek being annoyed
I tried it about 30 seconds after I unplugged it so it may still be electricity.
Will try again tomorrow

Tiny voices, my PC was still working nicely, so the only thing that may have burned through is my mental state

I do not believe your outlet is messed up. The outlet is NOT grounded through the case, it is grounded through the PSU. It would take a HUGE amount of electricity to feel it in the case. I would just boot the computer up. Its fine. You likely just had a small static shock.

Like tiny voices said, it should be fine.
Are you walking on carpet by any chance?
Sometimes certain clothes can also cause static on people easily.
Is it dry and cold, because static will form easier when there is less humidity.

I have already booted up my PC
My PC wasn't really the thing I was worried about
I was worried about the possiblity of the electricity fully jumping to my case
But since I found out my PSU is grounded, and that I could still feel the static we talked about earlier even with my PC turned off for longer than 7 hours.
I am no longer worried about my PC being harmed or accidental self-electrocution upon touching my case.

EDIT: Edogawa, I am walking on a trimmed carpet, yes.
