amd fx 8350 on Asus M5A97 LE R2.0

i need to know this as im going to upgrade my cpu to the 8350 no oc and a 120mm close loop rad and i need to know if my mobo (Asus M5A97 LE R2.0) can handle it

It can but is not recommended and can have issues.

The issue is it has no cooling on the VRMs although the CPU supported, https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&chrome=false&gid=4 probably will though do fine on std clocks.
