I am considering upgrading my computer to 8 GB of RAM. The max that my computer can is hold if 8 GB. Right now I have 6 GB of 1333-10600 RAM and I am just wondering if it is worth the money to upgrade to 8 GB of 1600-12800 RAM. Would it make much of a difference or should I just stick with what I have?

(I do moderate gaming; ie: WoW, MW3, Titanfall)

I have the stock motherboard in my HP Pavilion p7-1226s. It is the Pegatron IPISB-CU (Carmel2).

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

considering you'll be ditching the 6gb thats in there, you'll be paying 8gb money for a 2gb upgrade. so no, i wouldnt think its worth it.

It came with 6GB originally. It has two slots suporting - "PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333)"

Changing to 8GB would mean 2 x 4GB matching sticks, completely replacing what you have. For minimal gain. I'd just leave it as is.
Doubtful you'd see any real benefit with 8GB over the existing 6GB.
