Which one of these two is better for gaming?

In price for price performance of both of those isn't all out that great. The one does have the 745m which is a bit newer but I would go with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834313584 just because the price of the performance that you get it out of it is amazing. It was ranked the best gaming laptop for under $1000 if you get the 8 gig version. It also has two 755m's in sli. So the lenovo will blow away any of those that you listed in the price performance category

The Alienware laptop is slightly better for gaming due to the stronger 750m, but the Asus one from Best Buy is actually slightly better for everything except gaming due to the stronger CPU.

Alienware's desktops are expensive and poor quality. Their laptops aren't any more overpriced than any other laptops.
