Okay so my GTX 660 2GB was overclocked at 1098mhz. It was working fine until I restarted my computer, now they are flickering green pixels around black images. I have had this card for two weeks and the temperatures never go above 70C so it's not an old card. I set it back to stock speeds and it's still here! Please help!

RMA your GPU.
I used to have a Palit GTX 460 which i ruined by overclocking it improperly, i find it safe to buy a higher clock versions of gpu's instead of overclocking it manually.

I got my 460's fan broke 2-3 times when running on 100% speed lol, never figured it out :p

Okay so I set it back to stock speeds and it's normal. I use MSI Afterburner. So when I restart my PC I get the green pixels even though my Overclock isn't loaded on start up. I go into Afterburner and change it to stock speeds and they go away in about 5 minutes. Sometimes I have to shut my computer and when it loads back up they are gone. Should I still be concerned? This GPU isn't even a month old.

Yup I did that m8 and it's very steady. But sometimes I just get the 'dying pixels'. I resolve it by doing a force shutdown or settings it to stock speeds. But sometimes I get it at startup when my overclock speeds aren't set at start up. I can resolve the issue like I stated, but what's it mean? My GPU never goes above 65C. Also this isn't every time, just sometimes it does it. And It couldn't be a dying GPU because I've had it for a month and most of the time I run it at stock speeds.

So it's a problem with MSI? What about the sometimes I start-up my computer and they are there. I fix it but is that what's causing it?

Will do and I'll tell you what I get. Thank you! It's fixed I think. :D I'll let you know if I'm still having issues.
