You're definitely going to need a better graphics card, a 7730 just won't be enough.

Is that a gaming build? Because if so, then you should get a better graphics card. This graphics card is pretty weak. If you can't afford the i5 with a better graphics card then you should probably get a Haswell i3 instead with a better graphics card.

Then I recommend omitting the discrete graphics card all together. You can use Intel's HD graphics for almost everything except gaming, save up the money you would be paying for the discrete card and add some more then get a better card when you can afford it.

Bottleneck in what? You won't be able to game on your PC for a while until you get a better graphics card. Do you have a planned budget for your graphics card (assuming you won't get the HD 7730 and wait until you can afford a better card)?

Yes, it's still going to happen, but not as blatantly as if it was meant for gaming
