so this is my question

1.Can GPU bottleneck ram?if yes, what the sign of this
2.how to know if bottleneck?i recently googling and find that task manager might help us to reveal that,so how to use task manager to reveal the bottleneck?

The GPU is generally the bottleneck of everything. This is the proper way to build a computer.

When a single component is operating 100% and the other components are not, this is the bottleneck. Example: gaming in BF4 and your GPU hangs around 95-100% usage. The CPU is only at 60%. This means the CPU has more power to offer but the GPU is not allowing you to play at higher settings because it is the limiting factor.

You want the GPU to be the limiting factor. If your CPU is at 100% usage and your GPU is not, you have bought the wrong components.

Ram can be a bottleneck if you do not have enough, but it cannot really be bottlenecked.
