CPU temps high during prime 95

Hi, my temps didn't get this high when i first tested my CPU 2 months ago but when i test it now in prime 95 my max temp in core temp is 90 degrees Celsius, i'm not sure what a good temperature is. is 90c too high? I idle around 30-35 degrees Celsius

Hardware specs
Case: Cooler master HAF X
CPU: Intel i7 4770k
RAM: G.skill ripjaw X DDR3 1600
SSD: Samsung evo 840 750GB
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
GPU: Nvidia EVGA GTX 780 Classified
Motherboard: Asus maximus vi hero
Windows 7 home premium

90C is quite bad, you should be aiming for ~60C, 70 is alright for some processors. Check the heatsink to make sure it is firmly mounted, the fan is working, and the heatsink isn't full of dust, an H100i should be doing wayyyy better than 90C.
