Yes - its compatible. The CPU goes with the mobo. You need to check if the RAM is - see mobo website, look at approved vendors list. It should be OK. G Skill can also tell you if its compatable with Z87 mobos. The case should be plenty big enough. Same with the PSU.

Good luck with the build!

swap the ram for the areries 1866 or faster in gskill. on the power supply the cx line is not haswell aproved. if you put the rig to sleep the power supply will shut down. also in a few weeks the newer z97 mb are dropping the newer mb let you drop in a brodwell cpu. brodwell dropping latter this year. for the gpu i go with a 3g 770 for the money.

If I replaced the mobo with the asus z87 pro and the psu with the corsair rm750 would it be better?

Dont go with the Corsait Rm series, those are really faulty and the fan starts spinning when your system is running at 80% load.. i would suggest getting seasonic psu because i have one and it is great.. i have the m12ii 750 watts..

No, keep that motherboard and get either a Corsair TX, HX or AX series. Corsair RM, CX, and VS don't use quality components. If you cannot buy the suggested Corsair power supplies, look into Antec, Seasonic or XFX.

I would drop the 4770k and get a 770 GTX.

I would get the i5-4670k and oc it with a better gpu to match with.
Also OCZ 750W ZT is a fully modular 80plus bronze power supply at a reasonable price.
