The HD is obviously not booting.. it may take changing the BIOS disk controller setting enabled in SATA but in IDE Native mode... at least till you install SATA drivers.
Can you explain this to a computer-tarded person
The SATA Disk Controller BIOS setting has three modes; SATA, AHCI and IDE (IDE Native or Mode). You can bypass/postpone supplying SATA drivers and use the IDE Native BIOS setting to make the HD boot and later install the SATA drivers from the Windows Device Manager... that's if it even needs SATA drivers installed as the Windows Disk can supply them during the OS installation. Right now the HD has no drivers to work with therefore the IDE setting should help make it boot.
You also may need to install third party drivers for your SSD if your boot device is your SSD and it still doesn't work (check your motherboard's manufacturer website for drivers).
