Some time when I turn on the computer It says BIOS was reset do you want to load the optimized default or Enter the BIOS.. I have to go and change it to AHCI as default was IDE. This is pretty annoying. What could have causing this?

If we say battery has to be changed. But the system is just less than 2 years old. And also this bios reset does not change the time. Normally in old system when bios resets System time setting also goes. But here only the bios setting resets System time stay intact also saved profiles in bios also not get deleted.

I had that issue in my laptop before. All that it was that the battery got lose and the system had to much dust and over heated. If you know of any computer shop in your area you could take your battery to them and have them test it for free.
