My custom built desktop gaming computer has been working fine for 7-8 months now when last week the internet just completely stopped working for every program. Ran troubleshooting (when does that help), and did everything I could think of including reseting the router, disabling the firewall, disabling my anti-virus and anti-malware. Basically, windows says that it is connected to the network, and has full access, but when the troubleshooter tries to connect to the microsoft website, the troubleshooter just stops. Any heelp is appreciated, THANKS.

You have not provided any details of your configuration OS OS version, Router Brand Model, How you connect to the router Ethernet, WiFi or USB?
On the router is the internet LED on? Can you connect to the router? Can you check the router status? Does it show the internet as connected?
If you are using Windows what does the event log show? What does device manager show?
