Hi I am trying to Get a new Graphic card because my computer has really bad Graphic card
So I am trying to change it to GTX 660 or 650 TI so which one is better? Which one should I buy?
But there is another problem Because I have Intel Quad core 2 Q9400s Will that Graphic card work with the Cpu that I have? Please let me know. Why I am changing because I want to play Flight Simulator in awesome quality and that will take up alot of Graphic card. I heard people saying Bottleneck So If you guys have any Graphic card that I should get with my specs Without changing CPU please.
System Info:

CPU:Intel Quad core 2 Q9400s
Graphic Card:GT 610
Ram: 6G
HDD:1TB
Power: 350W (Buying 600W)

Both cards will "work" with the motherboard, but your CPU will bottleneck the 660.

More important; what PSU are you using? The 750 ti uses considerably less power than the 650 ti and it's a very good option if you have a low end Power Supply.

I am going to buy 600W supply. And what do you mean bottleneck?

Games will be limited by the performance of your CPU.

oh I see so is it going to slow down the computer speed or what?

CPU:Intel Quad core 2 Q9400s

*First, get the Asus GTX750Ti ($150 USD): http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx750tioc2gd5

CPU bottleneck:
Actually, there's quite a difference between games as to whether a CPU becomes a big bottleneck.

For example, in BF4 the FX-8350 is similar to an i5-4570, but in Skyrim the i5 is roughly 40% faster (with a good graphics card).

**Summary benchmark of various cards:

**GTX750Ti performance:
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/25.html

This Asus card is slightly overclocked but at $150 matches a normal GTX650Ti. However, this Asus card can overclock even further since recent drivers unlocked more overclocking potential (was initially locked to 10%, and it can get 25% OC now).

The GTX750Ti not only requires significantly less power, but the newer GPU architecture is likely to slightly benefit games in the future versus current graphics cards.

Summary:
1) bottlenecking will occur from the CPU but varies between games

2) The GTX660 is the fastest card, but only slightly, and with the CPU bottleneck the performance advantage shrinks further.

3) The Asus GTX750Ti at $150USD is the best card for you IMO.

4) the Asus GTX750Ti requires a single PCIe 6-pin connector, and since it's far more POWER EFFICIENT any PSU with a 6-pin connector can achieve the 25% overclock.

Games, no matter what they are, are software, so ultimately will have something to do with the CPU. Most of the current games are mostly about the gpu and graphics capabilities, but are still dependent on the CPU to run the underlying software. Therefore the more powerful the gpu, the faster and more capable the CPU needs to be in order to keep up. Today's games pretty much need a 4 core to run right, although an i3 hyperthreaded will surfic. What this means for you is any decent gpu will be slowed down some in most games and severely slowed in the more demanding games like Skyrim or BF4 making your graphics performance pretty lousy.

Unfortunately, while a great CPU in its day, that was yesterday, and technology has passed your CPU in bounds. Throwing good money away on a 600w psu, will not get you anywhere as your CPU is dated. Right now, your best performance bet would be a gtx 750ti with no 6pin connector and run with that till funds allow a real upgrade to atleast an i5 or FX 8320 and decent mobo. That would be the time to invest in a good psu and more capable gpu.

Update:
The Antec VP-450 is $37 through pcpartpicker and is sufficient to power your computer with the Asus GTX750Ti.

Here's a closeup so you can see the 6-pin power connector:
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/5.html

In theory, even a 300W power supply might work, with an PCIe adapter if need be however not all PSU's are the same, and I simply don't like pushing things to the limit with a Power Supply.

Again, you do not need more than a PSU with a single 6-pin PCIe connector.

The opposite is true.

A faster video card will not slow down your computer, but your CPU is limited in it's capability. You must likely won't notice any difference in performance between a 760, a 750 ti and a 650, because the frame rates will be limited because of your CPU's maximum speed being reached.

You will need a faster CPU to further boost your in-game FPS, basically.

the 750 ti has very low power requirements; it's a good card for a small PSU. You may not need to upgrade the PSU with that card.

That's emphasis on ~May~ not, but that really depends on the quality of the PSU.
