Includes keyboard and mouse and wireless adapter.
Any suggestion welcome but please make sure they are in the price range:)
Also for around 700 is this a good build? could it be improved for around the same amount of cash?
Many thanks.

You definitely don't want just 1 stick of RAM. 8GB is plenty sufficient for a gaming rig, but you want to split it up between 2 sticks. This is done in order to take advantage of the 2 channel capability of the motherboard. The performance gain that you will get by using 2 sticks instead of 1 is huge. This is the best RAM that you can get for your money and would work wonderfully in your build. :)  And as you will see, it is still in your price range.

Also, the reliability and quality of a Corsair PSU is going to be far better than a Rosewill. This is the Corsair equivalent to the Rosewill, and is in the same price range. Remember, EVERYTHING depends on the PSU to supply the exact voltage/wattage. A poor PSU can actually destroy a component.

This motherboard/CPU combination is going to give you a far more capable rig as well. This will run you around 12 dollars more than your previous selection, but I assure you that it is a very well spent 12 dollars.

I also took the liberty of sending you a message containing information on PSUs. It lists basically every major brand and model and categorizes them into 5 tiers - Tier 1 being the best, Tier 5 being the worst. It is a very handy document when deciding on a PSU.
