Is a 500w power supply enough for a amd fx 8350 and asus gtx 760 OC?

I'm building my own PC and wanted to know if a 500w power supply enough for a amd fx 8350 and asus gtx 760 OC.

My PC Specs
CPU: AMD FX-8350
Graphics Card: Asus GTX 760 OC 2GB GDDR3
Ram: 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport XT
CD/DVD Drive: ASUS Blu-ray Drive with CD/DVD
Hard Drive: Western Digital 7200RPM 1TB Hard Drive
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
Case: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower
Power Supply: CORSAIR CX series CX500 500W

It'll work, the CX series isn't the best going, I'd look for a better model, maybe the TX from Corsair, or a XFX, SeaSonic, EVGA, SilverStone, etc

Now could i possibly overclock and still have enough power?

Sorry for another question. But should i go for the intel core i5 4670k rather than the fx-8350. On amazon right now the 4670k is on sale for $189 or 113.75 british pounds.
