ati is the former company name of amd give the name and model of your laptop also do you use the 32 or 64 bits os .

look at this your gpu is not on the supported list for the game https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/world-of-warcraft-hearthstone-supported-video-cards so it could be why you have this driver issue on the game .

if you go for http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows.
to download drive he will give you last version like a new grafick card but if you
install your screen will be black on laptop than you will have screen only if you have some monitor to put to your laptom and he will not recognize as 6370 it will show you like 6300.... the best if you whan to download last driver to use program for update like Driver Booster 4 or other amd will not be some helpful.
