I am looking for the best low budget gaming Built, something that is around 300 dollars, like what good Motherboard, CPU, PSU, graphics card. i am planning going all AMD. but i just wanna system that is best for gaming. any ideas? tips?

For $300 even with no OS in the budget, you won't really get any kind of gaming computer.

I don't think that is doable. An APU would be the only way to do it and then OP might be disappointed with the performance.

when i play games like BF4 will it lag? this build? or no?

No it will not lag if you play at low or medium settings in single player but in online play, the CPU will cause lag, yes.

If you want to play BF4 I would recommend an athlon x4 750k and a fm2+ motherboard because BF4 REALLY needs 4 cores for multiplayer.

That is a pretty good GPU. It would be fine for BF4 at medium settings.

IF you want to play on 3 monitors you are looking at spending $1000+ on the build alone.

Doubt craigslist will help unless you find some amazing deal. I would save up until you're ready to build a good gaming pc ( around $1000).

Or use a single monitor.
