Won't POST, Memory issue

Hi guys, Asus Z87-A Mobo won't Post, beep code is 1L2S, meaning RAM issue. I have tried one stick in every DIMM slot with each stick, two sticks in different slots, the lot. Nothing seems to work. Even took out GPU and unplugged all hard drives and ODD. What can I do? I appreciate any help- seriously lost. Thanks!

Try resetting the BIOS. Take the batter out and wait 10 sec. (Unplugged)
Clean the RAM contacts and blow out the DIMMs. Try new RAM something may have been hit with an ESD.
If you can run Memtest.

make sure the 8 pin power port is plugged in. also if your using an after market cpu cooler make sure it not locked in so tight it crushing the cpu. also use the usb flashback port make sure the newest bios is on the mb. if the error still there check for cpu not seated right or bent pin under cpu.
