Hello all thanks for answering
I wanted to know if the power supply I picked is enough for my system or would you recommend a higher watt?
System components are:
Intel Core i7-4820K Quad-Core 3.70 GHz 10MB OverClocked 20%
HDD: 256GB ADATA SP900 SATA-III 6.0Gb/s - 555 MB/s Read & 530 MB/s
HDD2: 2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM
MEMORY: 16GB (4GBx4) DDR3/2133MHz Corsair Vengeance
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE X79-UP4 ATX w/ Ultra Durable 5, GblAN, 4 GEn3 PCIe x16, 2 PCIe x1, 1 PCI
VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card (EVGA Superclocked W/ ACX Cooling)
Power: corsair rm750w gold

Will 750W be enough? I believe the gtx 780 ti alone requires 650w of power and the i7 4820 requires 150w..... I'll be using this to play Asseto Corsa iRacing, ProjectCars,rFactor 2, and arma 3. I will be connecting a steering wheel gear shifter pedals and button boxes to the computer as well, I'm not sure if that would draw more power

That will be fine. Nvidia recommends a 600W PSU for the whole system with a GTX 780 Ti. The card itself is only a 250W gfx card.

The RM series uses poor capacitors , get a SEASONIC , XFX , Antec , or Corsair HX or AX series.
