I suspect graphics card, but it looks a bit too structured so it could be a virus.

Thank you for the fast reply leeb2013, is there anyway to confirm whether it's a virus or graphic card?
I am pretty tech savvy and i don't have anti virus, so anything is possible

Okay, i've disabled hardware acceleration on browser, and now i've installed avast anti virus, now scanned full system.

I think it's the graphic card too but not too sure now, if it's still problem, will format the whole system, and if it's still not working, i dont have a choice, will have to get a new laptop, or maybe somebody here could gave me another alternative?

Thank you

how do i activated it? from bios settings? (i checked and didn't see anything there). Well my laptop is Toshiba P105-S9722, i read somewhere that P105 has integrated graphic card, but it didn't have the settings on bios, so the only to do now is to physically remove the card, which is i dont know how

you cant remove the integrated graphics as its soldered to your motherboard.

Well, it seems the problem is with the graphic card driver, i install graphic card for window xp (orginally the one came with the laptop) even though i am on win 7 now, and so far it doesnt screw up the screen, only still not compatible, but better than before
