Teredo Tunneling Adapter cannot start (code10))

My wireless identifies networks, but will not connect. Ethernet will connect and get wireless connected, then I can unplug. I found the Teredo Tunneling Adapter error and think this might be my cause. I have tried updating it, uninstalling it and reinstalling it as 'add legacy' from action manager. Still code 10 cannot start.

Is this my likely problem and either way, what do I do?

I am having the same problem. I have gone through all the steps I could find and still get a code 10. My computer SYX website has nothing, so I can't update from there either . What can I do?????

Same problem, but with a plus. After turning on the PC, i only have internet connection for nearly 10 minutes. After that, it says that i have excellent wifi, but no connection in the browser.
