Two questions- 1) how's the R7 of it? Quite good or not? 2) as a CPU,how's it? How much powerful it is comapred to other quad core processor?

The answers to your questions all depend on what you use as a baseline for your measurements.
In terms of absolute raw power, an A8-7600 pales in comparison to a top end CPU/GPU combination.
In terms of performance for the price/watt though, the A8 is really quite good.

Graphics Performance of the A8-7600 is extremely good for integrated graphics.
Performance is about the same as last generations top performing AMD APU, the A10-6800K and significantly faster than any competing Intel IGP.
For comparison, you are looking at about the same performance as a standalone R7 240 card.

Generally speaking, graphics performance will let you play most games at 1080p with low/medium settings at reduced, but playable, fps.
Lowering the resolution to 720p should boost gaming performance, while at the same time allowing you to increase quality settings a bit.

The CPU side is a bit of a mixed bag.
IPC performance is lacking compared to competing Intel parts, but having four cores has the potential to swing application performance in its favor.
If you are not planning to run processor intensive programs on a daily basis, it will definitely feel quite snappy.

Overall, I hold AMD's APUs in quite high regard, so long as you temper your expectations.
For the price you are getting amazing performance, but it will never be as fast as a much more expensive Intel CPU coupled with a good dedicated GPU.
If you are planning on gaming make sure to get some fast memory for top performance.
Be sure to get a SSD in any case and your system will feel quite snappy!
